Tamper-Proof Enclosure
The PowerUp portable power’s outdoor tamper-proof enclosure is constructed of 18-gauge powder coated aluminum, which keeps the generator secure and protected from the weather elements. In order to maximize airflow, the unit has vented sides and is wired for a cooling fan.
The enclosure top can be removed for maintenance access, as can the rear panel door. The panels for monitoring switches, controls, etc are secured with tamper-proof bolts. Each enclosure includes a secure maintenance switch to arm or disarm the system.
Portable Power Generator Remote Monitoring System
Our portable generators come standard equipped with a built-in Diagnostic Control Center, which can send text or email alerts regarding potential maintenance issues.
In short, this is all done via the Generator Remote Monitoring System. Some Diagnostic Control Center alerts/alarms include:

• Low Fuel
• Low Oil Pressure
• Low Voltage
• Engine Failure to Start
• Low Frequency
• Engine Over Speed

Portable Power Theft Protection
What if the unit is stolen? As a matter of fact, we have this covered as well! The Generator Remote Monitoring System provides the GPS location of the portable generator: (1) when the system is armed; (2) if someone tampers with the generator; and (3) if the unit is moved more than 50’ from its armed GPS location.
Most importantly, this system will provide you with the mobile generator’s final location after being moved. The sooner you know there is a problem, the sooner you can act!

Installed 4 years now and service has been excellent! As the tropical storm hit our area in August 2020, our unit did not come on early that morning. I called PowerUp and the technician arrived within the next hour. He even had to move a limb in my drive. With the rain and wind hitting him, he efficiently replaced the battery!
